Bingo Women was inspired by a visit to Nottingham’s Goose Fair in October 2004. As I was walking through the bustling amusement arcade I noticed these two old friends seated on the small stools at the mobile bingo stall. I loved that it was so noisy with music blaring, but still they continued with their chat. the piece continues with the theme of documentary work.
